Shipping Information
Most of our products are shipped out by our suppliers. We charge the customer only what we pay to the supplier to ship out the order. Your order may be shipped in seperate boxes if the products are coming from seperate suppliers. Whenever possible we will provide you with tracking numbers. The shipping carrier will be selected by MC Camping Supplies.
MC Camping Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. We will open a claim for you to the carrier used.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a product it must be in the original packaging and unused. There can be a 20% restocking fee on returned products. Please contact us to get the product returned.
We will refund your total item purchased amout before shipping. Any stocking fees will be subtracted from the item amount. MC Camping Supplies will not refund the shipping charge.
All Special Order Items can not be returned. We will only accept returns on wrong items sent. All other issues must be handled through the manufactuer or local representitive. All sales are final for Special Order Items.
